Paul A. Popernack Sr., United States Navy Veteran

Paul A. Popernack Sr., age 89, of Bobtown, Pa., passed away Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at home with his family by his side.

Friends will be received in the LOUIS E. RUDOLPH FUNERAL HOME, Thomas B. Rudolph, Funeral Director and Supervisor, 15 North Main Street, Point Marion, PA 15474 (724.725.5256) on Tuesday, December 27, from 2 to 8 p.m. and on Wednesday, December 28, when brief Prayers will be said at 10:15 a.m.

A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11 a.m. in Saint Ignatius Roman Catholic Church, Bobtown, with Reverend Father Lawrence V. Holpp as the Celebrant.

Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Park, Point Marion, Pa., where Full Military Rites and Honors will be accorded by the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 747 and the American Legion Post 499 both of Point Marion.
