The Braillex Tiny is a portable refreshable braille display designed for use by persons who are blind or have low vision. The Braillex Tiny has a 40-cell Braille display with integrated cursor-routing. Thumb-operated controls enable users to move around the screen and use computer function keys without lifting their fingers from the Braille display. When a button is pressed, the Braille display functions as a positional display showing the location of the cursor on the screen. The Braillex Tiny comes with a carrying case, connector cables, and a copy of the DosDOTS screen reader program for DOS. POWER: Uses a NiCad rechargeable battery, or 110 or 240 volts alternating current (AC). OPTIONS: Screen reader program for Windows or OS/2. DIMENSIONS (HxLxW): 1.1 x 10 x 11.4 inches.
